How do I submit a records request?

Request must identify the records sought with as much detail as possible
- Requests for audio and video must specify the report or CAD number or the date and location or time of the incident.
Do I need to pay for records?

There is no charge for inspection of records. The City may charge a reasonable fee for copying public records and providing public data. The City shall charge the following reasonable fees:
- Hard copies $0.25 per page ($0.50 for two sided copies)
- CD/DVD or a 64 GB Flash drive is $6.75
- Actual cost of mailing items USPS Certified return receipt, local pick is available
How long will it take to get my records?
- The City Clerk's Office has three business days to respond to your request, but no later than fifteen calendar days. If additional time is required to compile the records beyond this, you will be notified.
- Requests that are deemed excessively board and/or burdensome will be notified and partial releases will be provided.
