How do I submit a records request? 

Please Click Here to fill out the Request a Public Record form.  Be sure to include as much detail as possible to help identify the record, i.e, dates, name of record, etc.  

Do I need to pay for records?

There is no charge for records that are already readily assessible and available in an electronic format. Other formats are available for a charge as listed:

  • Hard copies $0.25 per page ($0.50 for two sided copies)
  • CD / DVD $5.00 per disc
  • Convert to Electronic – Actual cost associated with downloading copies

How long will it take to get my records? 

The City Clerk's Office has three business days to respond to your request.  If additional time is required to compile the records beyond this, you will be notified.
